I thought it was the best book
in the whole thing. I liked the way the story was written.
I thought it was a good book but
the ending was not what I had expected.
I really liked this book because
I learnt a lot of the history in those days and the actual story was so gripping
that I would read it in one go if I could.
I thought was one of the best
books I have read. It was clever putting in things that happened in real life. I
think it was a great read.
It started well and was very
exciting. Later on though, the story I expected did not happen. It felt as
though the author was running out of ideas and just wanted to finish her story.
I think the characters’ feelings should have been described better.
I thought it was a good book and
it had to end the way it did because she did die but Miss Francis should have
told us more about Ned.
Excellent! A really good
book which was easy to follow with good description throughout.
This book is easy to get into
and is a really enjoyable; you won't want to put it down! This was really
entertaining and quite a quick read for the weekend or if you’re just bored.
I gave this book 38/50.
This book was excellent! It had
some very good descriptions and the story and characters were well thought out
and brilliant. I gave this book 42/50.
The book was quite an easy read
but at the same time unputdownable (I read it in one day). It was an
emotional book and one I would definitely read again.
I liked it as it was based on a
real person and the characters were very well described.
I liked the history and the
fiction combined.
Really
sad and true to history - this book truly calls out to the reader. It takes you
on a rollercoaster ride of emotion and into the world of Lady Jane Grey and her
harsh way of life. Remember the royal family didn't have it all it's own
way back in time!!
I really enjoyed reading this
book. I liked the way the author changed between the main characters so you
could get both points of view. I thought the ending was a bit sudden but all in
all it was a brilliant book.
The book was a great read but
at times I found it hard to keep up with. The author continually changed from
character to character and at times I got completely lost. Overall though a
brilliant book

book. The author kept me hooked, I never knew history could be so interesting.
I really like history and real
life stories so this was the best book for me.
I liked this book because it's
a point in history, and there was romance in it as well.
I thought this book was a very
good read. The book kept getting more interesting as I turned the pages. When I was reading the book, the characters seemed real and I was really drawn to the description of the places. Everything that happened in the book was playing in my mind at the same time and I thought of myself following the main character’s journey throughout. I think this was a really good book and I couldn't put it down.
I liked the way the author chose an event in history
to write about and then made up a bit of it. I also liked the way
she linked the queen with the ravens. |
